O’Donnell shares candidly about his daughter Linley and the mental and physical disabilities she endures as a result of a tragic medical accident when she was only two months old. As a man of faith, he questioned God and came to a greater understanding of his beliefs and the servant leadership style modelled by Jesus. He learned how it should impact every area of our lives – including in the workplace.
